I'm looking at purchasing a L3710 w/ LA681 loader. I received a price of $21,000.00 here in NJ. Is this a good price? Anyone have any comments on the L3710? Thanks

All the buyers were encouraged to try all three transmissions and fully understand the important PTO differences/operation on each model. I suggest you establish your tractor goals, drive the two models. Then select the one that FITS YOU (your family) best. Make sure -- that if others in your family will be operating the tractor in the future, you give them equal consideration. The hydrostatics - HSTs get "the nod" from customers seeking as a goal: 1. A tractor that comes to a stop, and goes to neutral, then to reverse at any RPMS, any incline, any PTO position WITH LESS EFFORT THAN IT TAKES TO "raise or lower your right shoe weight," No Clutch use for fwd/rev. 2. as much free hand use as possible 3. soft / feather starts at low RPMs. (THESE UNITS ARE FANTASTIC from this standpoint, AND kill off the "other" brands with one demo) 4. SAFETY/COMFORT- new, senior citizens, ladies and children for mowing operations -- all those folks interested in the safest tractor for "non-experienced operators - just now graduating up from a "lawn mower type tractor" 5. AS LITTLE EFFORT AS POSSIBLE TO COMPLETE A HARD DAYS/NIGHT WORK - Hard working loader and snow plowing operators. Your back, arms, shoulders will be used only a fraction as much as with the other models. 6. the best REVERSING and LIVE PTO tractor for mowing, tilling. spraying operations 7. A tractor used mainly for trailering, boat ramps, trams transport. The GLIDESHIFT GSTs are being shopped and purchased by folks who are seeking as goals for their tractor: 1. a shift system they have become "used to" and completely satisfied with the KUBOTA they traded-in or already have at home. 2. power turns with foot turning brakes 3. folks who prefer not to use their feet or legs for the fwd/rev function 4. Farm managers seeking SET BY FACTORY SPEEDS, instead of leaving it up to the operator to "find the right speed" for certain applications.
